This site is awesome. I like searching names of companies to inform myself and to also find out if anyone is saying anything negative about companies that I'm already involved with. For example, True Credit Report. I can tell you right now that I have had my share of problems in trying to work something out with logging in and communicating with reps, but people need to understand that this is sensitive information that has to be handled very careful especially if they're wanting to do it online. I am glad that, if I screw up and was only given 3 chances to give the correct info and then get locked out of my account, the company asks me to contact them to verify if it was me or someone else trying to access my account. This is what I have to say to those who are skeptical. If you don't trust the system or believe that it is safe then please don't sign up and complain later if you just don't like the way things are turning out. It is done for YOUR safety. I was a former member and now a member again of True Credit Report. When I called them to cancel there were no problems. I called them way in advance and they emailed me confirming my cancellation. I canceled because I wanted to try a different credit reporting company and after a few months of being with them I realized that True Credit Report was much more user friendly and easy to understand. I believe that these unfair reports about this company are from people out there who are just looking for FREEBIES and then want to complain and get their money back. I've been a memeber to a few credit reporting companies out there and True Credit is the best in my opion. For the 3 in 1 deal I get all reports from the major credit bureaus plus my credit scores. Don't jump to conclusions when you see these reports of people making a fuss over $9.95 or $19.95 and all they have to do is read very carefully what is on the webpage that they signed up for. If you're looking for a freebie then write to the credit bureaus and ask them for one, here are their address to request them: Equifax P.O. Box 740241 Atlanta, GA 30374 Experian P.O. Box 2002 Allen, TX 75013 Trans Union P.O. Box 1000 Chester, PA 19022 You're allowed a FREE credit report from each of these companies at no charge to you except the postage. I would report this company if they truly were a scam and charged people large amounts of money and never answered calls or sent emails, but they have a professional support team that is more than willing to work with anyone. There are people who may not help you as you would like them to, but no company or business is ever perfect. I will say this again, True Credit Report is not a scam.
