true derma instant life i was charged to my checking account 205.82 . i ordered the instant lift cream and the serum which the company claims works best together. i was not even given a 14 day window in order to cancel the product. the company claims results can be seen within 2-3 weeks. i was not given that amount of time before they charged me for it. and they screwed up my bank account. st petersburg florida
i purchased the Instantlift cream. The ad states that with the purchase of the Collagen Serum the results will enhance. So stupid me bought them both.
These two Items shipped together and where charged separatly. You are ripped off 2 times. if you are to call 1-877-334-2691.1-888-202-2179. they are the same company.
Not even with in the normal 14 day window I was charged 97.41 for the instant life cream and 98.41 for the serum. I was charged 8 days after receiving the products and it was 14 days from the intial order date. How could a risk free trial cost me financial ruin. These charges without my consent cost me a total of 434.00 my account became overdrawn, since I was not aware I was being charged, This company should not be allowed to do this kind of business, I will talk every customer I have at my place of employment out of all true derma products . RIP OFFFFFFFF.

Received an offer for a free trial offer through a Time-Warner email survey. Paid $1.95 shipping for Pro Collagen Serum on 11/14, received a week later, on 11/29 my account was charged $98.41. Called 888-202-2179, spoke to an agent, he said I agreed to this. It must be very tiny fine print because I certainly would never agree to such a thing. I told him I was going to contest the charges with my credit card company, he said they wouldn't reverse the charge because I agreed to the terms and conditions. I kept arguing, he said they'd give a 50% refund if I returned the product (it was already open). I told him that's not good enough, I was going to review them on Yelp, file a complaint with Time-Warner, file a complaint with the BBB and Amazon. He then said he'd authorize a full refund if I return the opened product and he gave me an RMA number, said the refund would take up to 30 days. These guys are scammers. Buyer beware!
