TRUE DERMA RIPOFFS My story is like all the others. I ordered 2 free bottles for only S/H charges and was charged full price twice within a month. ST PETERSBERG Florida
I ordered the True Derma Serum that came in two bottles which I saw on Facebook.
It was $3.95 and $4.95 shipping.
No where was there any note that said we had 14 days to contact them or pay.
The only note on the bottom of the packing slip said if I didn't want to receive an autoship, I need to contact them within 30 days. I sent them an email to cancel.
I forgot about it.
A month later I received a box and inside were 2 more bottles. This time I went online and noticed they had taken money from my account twice besides the shipping for the original order.
That's almost $400 in product.
I called them up, she asked me to forward the email which I did. She then gave me a RMA numbers for the 2 bottles and said she would credit me. I begged her to give me 2 more RMA numbers for the other 2 bottles which were still closed and new. She finally did and I sent back all 4 bottles.
I filed a complaint with my bank and they were not able to get any where with this company.
Today, my bank told me they can't help me. I called the company and she said I did not follow the rules and waited too long to tell them so they can't return my money even though they have the product.
My bank said they have thousands of these complaints.
I have a call into the STATE ATTORNEY'S OFFICE, I filed with the Federal Trade Commission and about to file with the BBB.

This company should not be allowed to operate soley by stealing money from innocent people and get away with it.
