This is Rachael OHanlon owner of TruLegal. In this whole report i don't
know who "she" is. The fact is none of the associates who work for
TruLegal would ever have stated any of this because the $100 is your
application and processing fee and is told to the consumer many times in
the conversation it is non refundable. You receive an email
confirmation and documents stating this that you had to sign and a
verification was read to you before you got off the phone with the
membership plan associate.
You gave them your credit card info over the phone after all this was
all stated to you. You also would have signed a credit card
authorization form that clearly states the $100 is non-refundable. This
was emailed to you and signed and sent back or we would not have billed
your card. The $29.95 is your monthly plan fee. This plan will allow
you multiple ways of resolving your legal issue and we have helped 100s
of people nationwide for years. (see below) Your monthly fee covers you and your
family for 30 days month to month and is cancel-able at any time we
have no contracts. We are an advocate group for people to get their
legal help and issues resolved for 25% of the cost of a traditional
private attorney. We pride ourselves on helping people and being
advocates for Americans working paycheck to paycheck. We would never
take your money and not help you!!
As for the ex-employee below that doesn't have their name listed we as a company do not owe any one that has worked for us money that has completed the work they were contracted to do!! Simple!!
If you have any questions email me at [email protected] and i would be happy to answer anymore concerns or questions. Below is a copy of the legal plan you were signed up for and what is covered in that plan. I hope this cleared this up for you.

I agree with the above issue, and am sorry that that person was one of TruLegal, NLRC's MANNNNNYYYY victims! I used to work for TruLegal, and I have testimony and recorded calls of about 4 or 5 ex-clients of theirs, who have ALL been scammed by this rip-off lying company. I will assist anyone who wants to sue them, I think a big class-action suit would be good, then maybe a report to the FTC and Attorney General is in order here, so they can be put out of business. I am owed a sizeable amount of money from them also. If you are due, or PROMISED a refund, don't count on it, they will keep taking money from you but willl never GIVE you money, nor will they competently complete your paperwork. I have gone through many hoops to get those people to pay me and provide ne with the correct paperwork in order to complete my clients' cases. The business is ran out of a house - DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!!!!!!!!! Change your CC info and bank info so they don't have access to it anymore. They WON'T sue you, trust me, because most likely, you will CREAM them in court for what they have done to you!
