TruScience, LLC dba Vita Ultra They continue sending me their product "Vita Ultra"and on the bottle it says "address not for return of product" I was foolish enough to except a free sample and now they send me a bottle monthly and I have no way of canceling this product and I'm frustrated by this I am now on disability and cannot afford this money taken out of my account on a monthly basis . They have made is exceptionally hard to contact them to discontinue sending me this product and I would like to mail them back to three unopened bottles I have received over the past three months Scottsdale Arizona

I excepted and the free trial offer and now they send me a bottle on a monthly basis and I have no way of canceling this order and have three unopened bottles due to being on disability unexpectedly I could no longer afford this automatic to duction monthly from my debit card.
On the bottle they have their address but says "address not for return of products." I am not happy with the product and would love to return the three open bottles I have obtain a refund and have them never billme again for this product. It has been a difficult process to ascertain how to accomplish this, and have not been able to accomplish said goal of a refunds and a cease-and-desist of sending me this product
