I have benn trying to get satisfaction since dec. I was promised a card december 3rd, 2004. I was told to wait for the package. It came with a bunch of papers. I was told a signature card would come in a few days to be signed a kept on file by the bank issuing the card. It never arrived. The reason for the card was debt consolidation. Now my debts have gotten way out of hand waiting for this card.
