Item paid for over 10 days before package arrives  and upon partial opening my hands are filledwith oil - the bottle was broken!!!! IT IS GLASS and it has only been covered with a thin sheet of paper for shipping ?!! Sent in an envelope wrapped only in a thin sheet of paper ! How stupid is that ?  Now they want me to send it back yet it is in  PIECES... hello   morons   GLASS CUTS  people !  I am not touching the pieces unless they want to insure me for any damage to my hands which I use for my job and any cuts would put me out of work for DAYS !   Complete stupidity to send the item this way it should of been sent in a box !  Horrible customer service !!!DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM !!

I have NOT received any refund or replacement in fact they went and canceled another order I had - Like I am being punished for  their stupidity !?   Who does that ?  This order is separate from the other order and they cancel that one ? Bunch of misinformed losers  - DO NOT BY FROM THEM  THEY ARE NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY !!

Suddenly HELP ARRIVES ~ Thanks to RIP OFF REPORT !! Not once  in THREE Days worth of emails did they offer me a replacement or refund UNTIL I sent it Back and THEY WOULD  DECIDE IF it WAS damaged !   Wanted me to send it back even with glass pieces and oil filled the package leaking all over my furniture even - then post office told me this would be considered FLAMMABLE and I could NOT mail it ! duh !!!!?

I am the founder of Truth In Aging and I am very sorry that this customer feels that she has had a less than satisfactory experience. Our customer service team has been extremely responsive to this customer's emails and has repeatedly offered to replace the item or reimburse her. In our most recent communication today, we advised her that we have reimbursed her in full for this product.
