Truve On April 23, 2015 I responded to a free sample of Truve and DermaVie only to pay the mailing fee...I received the samples on 5-8-15. On May 11th $87.41 was taken out of my account. On May 12th another $93.12 was taken out. My account bounced. Savannah Georgia
I came across this advertisment on facebook. It stated as a "free sample" only to pay the postage, which I did on 4-23-15. The product arrived on 5-8-15. On 5-11-15, 87.41 came out of my account, then on 5-12-15 another 93.13 came out.
I called the company and spoke a supervisor (could not understand her accent) In essence, she claimed that I agreed to the Terms of Service which supposedly said that if I did not respond 14 days from the order date that I would be charged the full amount of the product. I never saw or signed an agreement. This is a total SCAM and I want my money back or I will file a complaint to not only a return of my money, but also for the frustration I received from this SCAM.
