TRX Also promised refund twice by Zack and Ken Murfreesboro Tennessee
I was also promised a refund twice in March and April and on 6/19/13, I was told that I would not receive one. Same issues as everyone else. I have contacted the BBB, Judge Judy, and TN Consumer Affairs. I am sure I will have the same result. I would love to join a class action lawsuit. I hope we can accomplish this and get this company closed down. I even contacted the IRS in the hopes that they could do something since the returns (of course I couldn't file states) had to be amended.
