Customers are billed 3% when they use credit cards. This is not allowed by the folks at VISA, MC per terms off their agreements.

Are you purchasing a product directly from them? If so then yes it violates their contract with visa. Note: it is not ILLEGAL to make these charges, its just violating a contract. That is up to visa is pursue in civil courts. Now, from the look of the site, are you selling a product and are they charging you to process the cards for you? if so, then that is perfectly fine. Anytime you operate a business you pay someone to process credit cards for you. The contract with visa is between the consumer using the card and the merchant selling a product. If a consumer comes to you to purchase something, and then you go to them to process the card, its perfectly fine to charge 3% of the purchase. They are offering you a service. They do not have to process the cards for you. Just go look, EVERY credit card processing service charges you to process credit cards. It's a cost of doing business. So please clarify, are you a consumer buying products with your own credit card and being charged a fee? Or are you a merchant who is selling products and having this company process the cards for you?
