On November of 2012,we brought our 1999 Dodge ram pick up truck to get the heating switch fix,we pay  around  $450.00 for it,the switch got fixed but they broke our dashboard.We called them back and get the answer that they got a note down and willing to fix it,just give them some time to order the parts ,and they will cal us to bring the truck in.

December passed,January passed,we  did not get any call from them.I called them they said the parts not available yet,give them some more time.We waited,February passed ,we called them again and said if they can't fix it we can bring the truck to the dealership to get it fix.The manager  name JT say ok.We brought to the dealership to get an estimate and brought it back to him.After looked at it,he said it doesn't cost that much to fix it.He ordered the part and its will be coming in couples week  and will give us a call.March passed,then April came,still did not hear any thing from them.We called them,and they said that they been calling us couples times but did not get  through ?(we kept the same  number over a year.)so the  manager told us to bring the truck in and will repalce it for us.We planned to bring it i on the weekend.Unfortunately,my husband fell a   couples day before we planned to bring it in and he broke his leg,i can't drive the truck so it got postponed.

On August 9,we brougt the truckin to check out  to see if it can get fix,the NEW manager said will call us back on the next day and let us know when we can bring it in.We did not hear anything from him.On Monday i called him back in the morning,he said will get the answer for me around 3- 330 pm.Did not hear anything from him either.I called him back on the 10th of August  in the morning,he said he will call me back.About 15 minutes later,some one name Chris Miller called,claimed he is the owner of the store ,told me that they are not gonna fix it,because   the parts has been in the shop for the last 6 months ?and it has been return because no one come .I explained the situation,but this is what i got from him" We are not about to fix it because your time frame has expired.It not our technician false that they broke the dashboard of your truck,its because your truck too old.Sue us if you wanted to and i will talk to the judge myself" and hung up.

We been going to  the  Tuffy several times in the pass years,but never get the service this bad,the one name Chris Miller was not pleasant to talk to at all.We hoped that no one else deserved the treatment and services like again.I did not know that we shouldn'tbring our car to get it fix because it is too OLD and it may breakdown due to the carelessness of the technician.They sure will lose our business in the future and all the customers that bring their OLD car to get it fix at this place BE AWARE.

Sorry for the confusion,the previous manager name was EJ not JT.The new manager name is Joe.
