I spoke to this Law Firm in early March time frame.  They want your credit card before they will even consult with you.  I had all of my notes and documents available and organized before the call.  Of course an assistant will hound you to death to get your credit card before the call.  I have retained other law firms and never saw such desparation.

I spoke to Greg Rinckey for almost 45 minutes,  at the end he was ready to teke my credit card and run.  i kept him on the phone for the full 1 hour.  I paid for it and still had questions.

Of course during the call he advised me you have a case,  we are going to file an injunction against your employer,  ya ya ya.  All a bunch of talk about what he was going to do and how he had represented cases in the Supreme Court.

Of course the next day folks from that office are on the phone hounding me about the retainer and was i going to retain the firm.  I view this sales pressure as unwarranted.  Again I have never seen a law firm so desparate.

I did decide to retain the firm.  I would recommend if you seek to retain a law firm.  Don't do it based on a firms claims of what they are going to do for you.  It is a ploy to get your money and generate billing to use up the retainer.

In my case,  I decided early on to pull the plug.  They charged my $3,500 to write a letter which did absolutely no good.  Also what they won't tell you is they can't practice law in every Federal Court.  They have to hire lawyers in your district who can go to court for you  Why not hire an experienced lawyer in your own Federal District to file and handle your case

Greg Rinckey talks a big game and will then hand you off to a lesser experienced attorney that you must retell your entire case too to get the matter straight.

I would seriously think twice before using this firm.  Reading the other reports it doesn't seem others are too happy.
