Brenda, Lisa or whomever..........you claim to be registered with the state. Which state? I have checked them all and none show your company to be registered. If you operate in Oklahoma, why doesn't the state have a registration of that?

I forgot to mention earlier to you that harrassing someone for money that they owe you is illegal and against the law. You and your husband have done nothing but harrass my daughter. I forgot to mention earlier that the address listed on the craigslist ads for the "Fierce Faces Photo Contest" is nothing but a bunch of apartments. Lisa does not have a real business address. She has always worked out of her home, keeping a camera (as she has admitted) at her doorway to screen visitors. Also, she is involved in pageants now and using pageants as a way to lure girls/women into her business ventures.

Lisa Reagle has changed the name of her modeling "Agency/school" to Elije' Model & Talent Group or Elije' Modeling, or Elije' Modeling, LLC. She is working with a Ron Foreman in Florida at 954-695-0589, a Janie Montgomery in the Tulsa, OK area, J.C. at 918-282-9934, Paula Kearney at 918-955-1397 and a Monica Dellinger's email address. She lists on her website to call 1-877-813-3672 which is no longer in service. She is advertising on several city Craigslists for a "Fierce Face Photo competition" and asks for money and photos to be sent to 9521 B S. Riverside Dr. #373, Tulsa, OK 74137 (SIGHT OF HER TOTALLY UNSEEN)to be a possible winner of a scholarship to NYC (for the MAAI convention). MAAI has been contacted by many people to report Lisa's improper business activities and they do not respond to any mailings; thus we can assume they have no problem with her business association with them. She also has set up a Myspace account for her Elije' company. It is www.myspace.com/elije_modeling. Although she claims this is a business space, this myspace account is set to private.......hiding........what? Lisa still has not paid monies she owes her former models/talent. Only 3 of her former models/talent are still with her and advertised on her website. Lisa Reagle has several pending lawsuits, all related to unpaid debts.

I know this it has been some time since Lisa and her cohorts' last postings of libel, but I am not going to let the lies go without being addressed. For Destany & Ashley (and other strangers slandering or printing libel against us) there is nothing wrong with you posting a supporting comment for anyone. It is, however illegal to print libel against someone (and your libel is based on slander made by someone else); and you have NO personal knowledge of this case or of us. Also Destany & Ashley, MySpace is a PUBLIC DOMAIN. When we tried to get Lisa served for a court hearing, she refused to answer the door to our process server. We accessed her myspace for information on where to find her. Lisa did not delete her Myspace account because of us. She deleted her account BEFORE I posted anything about her that I learned on Myspace; and she could have set her domain to private anyway. As of 10-04-2006, she was back on Myspace again; she claimed to be glad to be back, and blamed her withdrawal on her dysfunctional phone service (according to her new Myspace comments). We knew about the camera installed on Lisa's home because one of Lisa's many ex-clients told us about it and our process server confirmed it. My husband did picket Lisa's business twice. He had a city permit to picket one audition, and a constitutional right (confirmed by the Sand Springs' city attorney beforehand) to picket near Lisa's business which was in her home. There are NO photographs of my husband holding a sign that said tramp or l*****n. None of Lisa's neighbors or her husband saw a tramp or l*****n sign because he never held one up to them. Destany was not even in this state when this picket took place. She knows NOTHING about it except for lies told to her. Lisa did NOT change her email address because of us. After we severed ties with Lisa, she began sending us threat letters, tampered check documents on wages, and threats concerning her other associates. We confronted her attorney with this information, and HE advised HER to have no further contact with us. On August 17, 2006 Lisa invited me to be a friend of hers on her Myspace. I did not accept. On September 8, 2006, Lisa sent me an email and gave me her NEW email address so we could confer on our court case and the money she owes us. Lisa did NOT sever ties with my daughter before we fired her. We sent her an email and a certified letter dated Nov. 1, 2005 informing her of her dismissal. Lisa did NOT change her phone number because of us calling her. We have not called her since BEFORE we filed the November 2005 lawsuit against her. She cannot get phone records to prove otherwise either because they don't exist. We have a close friend who lives just down the street from Lisa Reagle. We have a right to drive through the neighborhood. We have NEVER followed Lisa anywhere. Direct TV? This is a legal case in which thousands of people were sued because Direct TV thought they were stealing their signal based on parts bought on the internet. Direct TV initially thought we were one of those people, but our case was dismissed because we had NOT stolen their signal. Lisa did NOT pay $200 for my daughter to attend MAAI. Lisa's cost was $665 per client. I paid Lisa well over $1,000 for my daughter to attend MAAI. The cost I paid for me alone was also considerably more than what Lisa's cost was too. Lisa gave my daughter a discount because Lisa claimed she was outstanding & wanted to make sure my daughter attended MAAI with her. Lisa gave many of her clients discounts. After attending MAAI, my daughter WAS offered a contract by a manager in CA who turned out to be a felon & a fraud. This woman was a judge for MAAI in 2005. After MAAI, Lisa and I learned that this woman was a fraud; Lisa still encouraged us to trust this woman. We said no. Lisa contacted Beckford after we turned down the CA contract. Lisa made all the arrangements, sent us the contracts by email, and set my daughter up to live with Beckford in her home. I have had 2 of Lisa's ex-clients tell me that Lisa told them I arranged for this contract with Beckford behind Lisa's back. Lisa now claims a similar story about the newspaper article written about my daughter. I do have all the emails to prove that Lisa made all the arrangements. After many dangerous incidents under Beckford's care, Lisa sent Beckford an email expressing her anger and concerns for my daughter and her other model in Beckford's home. The RIPOFF report I wrote about Beckford was approved and applauded by Lisa Reagle. My report against Beckford is only one of 2, and these reports contain several complaints by other people I have never met or talked to before submission. Beckford has an unsatisfactory record with the NY BBB and refused to respond to the NY Dept of Consumer Affairs' questions as well. The only reason Beckford and my daughter got into an argument the last day my daughter was there was because Beckford said Lisa was lying to my daughter, and my daughter took up for Lisa. Beckford then told my daughter she was going to be put out of her home and in a hotel by herself (at 16 years old) until we could go get her. My daughter was seen to the airport to fly home by the police and child protective services. My daughter did not throw a FIT at a photo shoot in NY. She had a disagreement with another model about trading clothes after my daughter was asked to wear the other model's clothes which did not fit my daughter. My daughter asked the other model if she would please just wear her own clothes. They worked it out on the shoot, but argued after they left. Stuff happens. We had NO jealousy toward the other model my daughter worked with in NY or her mother. On the contrary, Lisa continuously claimed there was jealousy on the part of THEM. Lisa sent me emails written by the other model's mother containing criticism against my daughter. Lisa forwarded emails to me that were sent to her from Beckford. In these emails, Beckford states that my daughter's pictures knocked the other model to the curb. I AM NOT TRYING TO RUN THIS OTHER MODEL DOWN. SHE IS A VERY BEAUTIFUL GIRL. Other mothers of ex-clients have since advised me that Lisa was running all her clients and parents down to each other and sending them her clients' private emails. That way, we would not talk to each other and compare notes about Lisa. We were NOT jealous of the other model staying with Hilory after my daughter left. We WERE concerned for her safety, and I did write an email to her mother letting her know about some of the problems. She did not agree with me. That was her prerogative. July 20, 2005, one month after my daughter returned from NY, Lisa contracted my daughter and me as models for a promotional event. The job lasted several days. We were very well liked there and received a great review from the location contacts. This was the job that Lisa took an over 30% commission when we had a 15% commission contract. We were not granted this in court because Lisa did not come to court which made our evidence (the check paid to Lisa by the client which proved what we were paid) inadmissible even though her attorney represented her. We should have asked for a postponement for this, but didn't have an attorney to advise us. Lisa also refused to pay for $73.69 of copies made for this job after the paying client had reimbursed her for them. I was not jealous because Lisa made a different person Vice President. I didn't even know Lisa would consider this woman as an officer because Lisa was always complaining about her and saying she was not going to renew the contract with her daughter. Why would I be jealous of someone Lisa claimed to dislike so? Of course I know now that other mothers of clients were hearing the same things bout me too. Lisa expressed concern to me about this other model coming to MAAI practices with my daughter. She claimed to be fearful of the tension between the 2 girls. On Aug. 17, 2005, I told Lisa that I would be glad to step down as director during practices and be absent so as NOT to cause a problem for her with the other model's mother. I told her that she could drop my daughter if she wanted because we did NOT want to be a burden to her in any way. Lisa not only invited my daughter to go to the next MAAI, but used my daughter and me both as instructors for Lisa's MAAI 2006 classes. My daughter and I helped teach her classes until October 2005 (4 months after the return from NY) when my daughter costarred in one film (landing this part over this other model that was in NY with her) and played a featured part in another through Lisa and was too busy to make the classes. Before October, Lisa had enlisted my daughter and son both to be a part of the group runway being planned for MAAI 2006. Lisa did, in fact, discuss wages with me and my daughter. As a director, I was to split all profits 50/50 with Lisa for any MAAI attendees that I brought in. Her Vice President testified on the witness stand in court that she had to pay a sum of money to be in business with Lisa. Lisa began discussing wages with Briana & I both for being scouts while we were at MAAI in NY March 2005. April 2005, Lisa sent my daughter a scouting agreement per email outlining my daughter's business and wages with her. In the agreement, Lisa suggested jointly conducting an audition in Owasso, OK. Lisa agreed to pay for all ads, room rental, etc. My daughter would make $100 per client that went to the next MAAI after a $500 deposit had been made. Lisa ran the FREE ad. My daughter set up the entire audition, made 95% of all calls and appointments as Lisa emailed the contacts to her. At the audition, my daughter helped Lisa choose which contestants should be chosen as clients. She did a VERY professional job (at 16 years old). She managed to obtain a room for free and the audition was a great success with NO cost to Lisa. 4 people from that audition went to MAAI 2006. Lisa refused to pay my daughter's commission for ANY of them. We did get judgment for one. As far as the other girl who was supposed to helpwe never saw or heard from her during the planning of the audition or during the audition itself. I believe she only showed up for 2 MAAI practices my daughter and I were teaching at. October 2005 I was angry, not jealous, when I discovered that Lisa had made this model's mother Vice President of her company in June 2005 because I knew, finally, that Lisa had been lying to me for months; and I knew then that I could not believe anything Lisa had ever told me. My daughter was in NY from June 1, 2005 to Jun 20, 2005. There were 2 newspaper articles written on her during that time. I called the other model's mother to see if her daughter could be included. She was not interested. While my daughter was in NY, a 3rd newsman, David, from the Tulsa World' contacted me for an interview with my daughter. He chose to wait until she returned home from NY for the interview. He called me again after she returned (note: we did NOT call him). He interviewed us at our home, but talked to Lisa at some other time. The complimentary quotes Lisa made (for 2 different newspapers) were her words and no one else's, claiming my daughter was her TOP model. She made one of those quotes during Aug. 2005 (almost 2 months AFTER my daughter returned from NY. We verified the lawsuit against Lisa's husband by his address and the law firm before we posted it. We have since seen the document at the courthouse, and YES this suit is against Lisa's husband. As of October 13, 2006, Lisa and/or her husband now have a total of 5 lawsuits against them, although not all of them are for modeling. One lawsuit was settled, but with the option to refile. We won our lawsuit against her, but she is NOT paying as ordered by the court. The other 3 lawsuits are still pending, one, sadly is a foreclosure on her family's home. This Ripoff report was initiated 3 months AFTER Lisa's judgment had been settled in court, and no monies had been paid as ordered. We have substantial evidence to prove what we have posted, but will not publish the particulars at this time in the event we need it in court for a libel lawsuit against Lisa and her associates involved in these malicious postings. We are cautious because Lisa became aware of some of our evidence before the January 2006 hearing we had. We were shocked when her attorney presented copies of documents (NONE WERE ORIGINALS) that Lisa had forged or cut & pasted with a scanner to contain different agreements, contracts, and medical information that were NOT original wording or contracts we had signed. The first hearing Lisa did not show up for, she claimed to have a doctor's appointment made in advance. I would like to note here that the fax she sent her attorney showing proof of this appointment (that was scheduled in advance of the court date) was only sent a few minutes before the hearing was scheduled to begin. The second hearing Lisa missed, her Vice President claimed Lisa had been admitted to a hospital for emergency surgery. We could not find a hospital that had admitted her that day. The judge allowed her attorney to represent her. We should have asked for a postponement again. Also, although we may be the only clients who sued Lisa, but she has 2 clients who filed a report against her with the Better Business Bureau over $850.00 Lisa owed them on a fraud issue. They did not sue ONLY because they had moved to New York, and it is too expensive and timely to do so from that far away. Lisa destroyed her business by her own mouth & hands. And now, Lisa, stop lying about my family, pay us what you owe us, and then leave us alone, please. You are only hurting you and your family.

When I was operating Tulsa Model and Talent they were the ONLY ONES THAT HAD EVER FILED A LAWSUIT AGAINST ME, EVER! The other small cliams suit against me was NOT modeling related and you can contact them to find out- this was settled- My husband has NEVER been involved in this business and will not ever, the suit they THINK is his ,is NOT! Why woul they throw him into it when he isn't even involved AGAIN that shows youthat this is persoanl to them. I guess they think we are the only Reagle's that exist, so NO, there is NO OTHER claims against me excep the Montgomery's... and NO they never fired me, I quit as the acting agent,now as I stated before I am through no matter what...no matter what the try and conjure up and lie about me, no matter h*o bad they will try to no end to make me look. I said I wasn't going to write any more rebuttals, and I won't however, I did want to respond to you.

In a nut shell this is what happened and has happened:

I paid $200 of my own money for Briana Montgomery to attend a convention in New York City, I personally chose Briana Montgomery to be the ambassador of Goodwill, I spent countless hours sending her materials out to other agencies and managers, I became friends with her Mother, even having Dinners or breakfast with them, this is PERSONAL to them and let me tell you why...

I had signed TWO girl with HBM/Clones based in New York, Briana had not received ANY offers, she was so upset and devastated and they wanted to know why or who she could get in with, after getting their way into HBM clones in 2005 Briana was only there 2 weeks max, the other girls were getting calls and jobs and Briana was not, one day Braiana finally did get a call to go on a shoot for a photographer (which whom they have burnt their bridges with them, stating that they took poor pictures etc.)Well, the manager sent my other girl with Briana to the shoot-needless to say Briana made a scene after being felt "threatened" that this other girl is stepping in on her job, There was huge blowup Mrs. Montgomery and her daughter threw a huge fit and Briana's contract was terminated by the New York agent and she was sent home. Now, after being sent back, they was very hostile and upset because the other girl stayed and continued to work, they (because they thought we were "friends") expected me to terminate the other girl that was in NY! I quickly disagreed, they expected me to at all cost support them, when I did not agree with their actions what so ever down there (this is hard when you become friends with someone to keep personal and business separate. I was planning on cutting Briana loose because I knew if I was to stay friends with them I could NOT represent Briana, Ms. Montgomery and I had spoken a while back about her helping me and I even gave her contracts to help me which she never signed and returned (this was prior to New York) I told her daughter that I would pay her $100 for each person she would "scout" and find, Scouting in my definition is to FIND one on your own, check their capability in performing or modeling and refer them to me for final approval. Now where BOGUS lawsuit comes in at is here, I asked Briana and another girl to HELP me at auditions that I was having for this New York City Convention, there was NEVER any talk about pay, I needed them to help me hand out information and audition registration forms, etc. this was in April (prior again to her NEW YORK experience.)Now, my other girl Monica could not show, but Briana and her Mother did, they even helped me find a spot to hold the audition (again, NO TALK ABOUT PAYING THEM!!)Now, there was a few people that were chosen to go to the NYC convention from that particular audition, no mention of any money discussed...now back to what I was saying earlier, in June Briana went to NYC after getting hooked up with HBM/Clones through the convention that I sponsored her to go to, she goes, blows it and comes home...Now she went after the MANAGER IN NEW YORK trying to sue her, you can check it out she filed another rip-off on her it is under Clones Model Management, they threatened, called everyone they could think of, filed a rip-off report all because they no nothing about this business.
Now, after I disagreed with them on their behavior and did not invite them back to join me and the new group for MAAI they became crazed with anger and jealousy as I had invited my other girl to return to the convention with me in '06...now in September of 2005 I believe (I may be off a little on the dates?)The Montgomery's filed a bogus lawsuit against me stating that they were owed $100 a piece for the few people that signed up to go to the convention-which they were not! These people that signed up were not sought out or scouted by BRIANA, I will say that there was potential people that were going to sign up that Briana DID scout however, they DID NOT sign...the few that did sign were people I had found through either my newspaper ad or referrals...we had people that both had scouted their together, some from her school others from church, etc. BUT, she was not entitled to any of the people that I had found on my own, bottom line. That is what this lawsuit is over, hurt feelings and a broken friendship, Not anything more. I am sorry that I hurt their feelings so deeply, I really am, but the lengths they have gone to is unbelievable. I want to move past this and I will. I DO NOT RUN TULSA MODEL AND TALENT ANYMORE...they need to LEAVE ME ALONE!!!!!!! MOVE ON and GO AWAY....This is nothing but an arguing tool and trying to get to me to make me look out to be a worthless person, it is stupid and worthless b/c no matter what my friends and family will always be by my side, so get over it and leave me alone...and they know EVERYTHING I SAID ABOUT THE SIGN AND THEM SHOWING UP SO THEM SAYING I, AM, is a LIE IN ITSELF..but you know what who cares...just leave me alone and my family..oh and There is 3 Brandon Reagle's in Tulsa that I know of so don't assume that each on is my husband, b/c IT IS NOT! Hello-I am not involved in this situation-but I would as Dean did, like to make suggestions-allow me to introduce myself-my name is Emily Jane -I have been involved off and on in this industry for over 33 years-Working with major agents, and magers-I want to make a few suggestions to the parties involved-first, Montgomery's, I understand as parents where you are coming from-this is respectable and admirable as parents to protect and defend your dauighter-I do want to say that it is probably best to move on at this point-

I know that you want others to know about your experience and they will, through this search engine-I feel you have done your job- but it is time to move on-the reason I say this is-larger agents, managers, etc. will look and do a search on you or your daughter sometimes,shoudl they want to sign her or find out what she has done- you would not want this to show up-this could be VERY damaging to your daughters reputation and career-I know it is sad but true-not because they feel you have had wrongdoing-but because it has now been a year and the parents are still holding on to this small town argument-I don't want to attack you and I don't want YOU to feel like I am-
I am saying this because I care about the children in this industry- I do hope your daughter succeeds!-I just want you to know the long term affects of not moving forward- this could come back years down the road- or maybe a year-the larger companies will look at such as you did not let uo on (if I may say) a small town agency-what will they do to us?WOuld they attack us if tehy were upset?- NOT, that you would do anything-And not taht is right-but it is again true-please take my advice-you WILL come across this again and again-As Dean said, take this as a learning experience- you will feel so much better when you let this go-As an outsider, I would not look at you as a coward if you did-

I also want to thank you for your unbiased and objective criticism. You sound like you are a reputable person in this industry, and I respect that. I appreciate your taking the time to address this issue.

Dean, you are right on a few issues, but not knowledgeable on others. The CIVIL cases against the Reagles' you haven't found are CS-2006-6083 against Lisa's husband Brandon and CS-2005-3241 against Lisa and Brandon both. There are 2 small claims against Lisa alone which are SC-2003-17365 and SC-2005-18603. Don't assume that any of these are not modeling-related. The first fraud Lisa committed in modeling was against friends who now live in New Jersey and is the reason for Lisa's unsatisfactory record with the Tulsa BBB. These women are too far away to sue. There are several police reports to back up numerous claims against Lisa. The point in posting the lawsuits is to let people know that the Reagles' have a reputation and a track record of not paying bills or wages as well as frauding models (my daughter is only one of several that we know of). The models Lisa has frauded are afraid that if they make public what Lisa has done to them, she will do to them what she has done to Katy (another ripoff website) and my daughter. They are afraid for their future in the business because people actually believe the slander Lisa has printed or had printed (obviously, hence the hearsay put on here by strangers).

Lisa owed my daughter and me over $600 for wages and expenses in modeling. She had an attorney, we did not. We still won, but only $173.69 of what she owed. The rest is in court costs incurred because of Lisa's continual lies, tampered checks, forged documents, and refusing to pay.

We have NEVER done ANYthing wrong to Lisa or anyone she knows. We have NEVER lied about ANYthing we have said about Lisa or her friends. She and her cohorts have consistently lied about us and my daughter for over a year. Only ONE of Lisa's rebuttal puppets have even met us. The slander they have put on these websites is hearsay from Lisa only. They have threatened us for over a year.

The only reason we have posted rebuttals on this website is because Lisa continues to post slander against us. She has been warned by our attorney about this already and she continues. The stories about the "sign", the "camera", the "stalking", the "film" are more slander. Anything she has written to criticize us is a lie. The only thing we EVER did wrong with Lisa was love her, trust her and give her a break. After we fired her for nonpayment, she started her forgeries & slander.

I have a daughter in the entertainment industry. Maybe this slander is part of the cost of that, but most people when slandered do try to air the truth. We have the right to refute lies.

My ripoff report is not the only one written against Lisa. She has another one too, and although there is an apology on that one, it was NOT an apology for writing the truth. What the report stated as Lisa's actions WAS truth about Lisa.

Some people will do ANYthing to be famous, even lie and butt into someone else's business for an agent. Lisa used to try and get me to do the same things for her (always a victim to somebody). Then I found out she was using us all. If God intends my daughter to be famous, it will be so because it is His will.

If you will notice, my rebuttals against Lisa have ALWAYS been factual information. I have not slandered her personally in any way. I can back up everything I have said. We have a lot more evidence and witnesses against Lisa. We have chosen not to post everything we have for future legal reasons. We have nothing to hide. Although she throws allegations out here against us and others that she claims to be legal wrongs we have committed, it is a scare tactic. Any legal allegation she has made against us were errors that have been resolved with complete exoneration. And here again, we were the victims here. Lisa is the one committing the fraud. She just hopes that if she disgraces us, that she can nullify anything we print about her. Well, we have a lot of support she is unaware of.

You mentioned something about this tainting the modeling industry. You're right, but I am not the one doing it. As one who is in this industry, I would think you would want to cull out any of the agents like Lisa, who DO ruin the reputation of the industry. To me, it's no different than having a child molester or rapist next door to you, and standing by and doing nothing when you know they are still doing it. Yes, when you first point out the evil, (especially if you are the one raped), you are usually attacked publicly by the rapist trying to justify his actions. It is embarrassing and painful. BUT, we can't protect others and clean up the scum without exposing it first. Personally, WE refuse to cowar down and be victims to a scam artist.

My daughter has a wonderful and REPUTABLE agent now and makes very good money. We are thankful for all the moral people in this industry.

1: Posting a sign on Lisa's car stating unmentionable things.

2: Passed out flyers at a pageant Lisa put on and myself participated in, stating more unmentionable things about Lisa and completely untrue.

3: Charles Montgomery has worn a SIGN around himself stating inappropriate gestures about Lisa in front of VERY young children.

4: Mrs. Montgomery called a newspaper reporter posing as Lisa to get a story on her daughter done in the paper about M.A.A.I. events she DIDN'T win.

All of this and much more has happened on several different occasions. Lisa was in the hospital at the time of the court case. Which is why she owe's court cost money.

The Montgomery's daughter said horrible things to a manager in New York which you can read about in one of my former rebuttals.

Lisa is my agent and one of my best friends. She does not ask me to post any rebuttals for her, I do so simply so the world can know the truth about the Montgomery's. I hope they can move on someday and stop harassing Lisa so much. She is a wonderful person who tries so hard to please everyone. If you knew her, I believe you would agree with me. All of this is just an angry attempt to get back at Lisa because Mrs. Montgomery wanted to be vice-president of Tulsa Model & Talent. Which after all of this, I am very thankful didn't occur.

First, in looking at OCIS (oklahoma's supreme court website for cases), I show SC-2005-18603 as the case against you by the Montgomery's. This case has been adjudicated and I show a judgement for $173.69 which I am assuming is what you say are court costs. There was a garnishment order issued for this amount to your bank that the reply came back as "no funds available" and you have since been ordered to show for an asset hearing. I also see an agreement to pay the Montgomery's $830.00 at $50 a month starting September 20th. What is this amount for? Is this the amount the Montgomery's are disputing that you owe them?

You go on to say that Ms. Reagle has a small claims action from a collection agency against her right now...if she did, it would be listed on the same OCIS site. I show a total of three cases for the Reagles in the files. I show yours to be the only one that appears to be related to a model issue. I think a prudent person would just chalk it up to a learning experience and move on. Don't let your life be eaten up by this experience. There are plenty of agents and photographers out there that would do right by you and your daughter. I for one am always looking for new faces to promote.

The Montgomery's are NOT being truthful to me or the court system about the total amount in COURT COST'S...it seems as though Ms. Enterline RETURNED her money to the Montgomery's that they paid for her subpoena and FAILED to tell anyone about this, so they could try and get MORE money out of me...WHAT IS CRAZY ABOUT THIS....if they needed $173.69 sooooooooooooooooo bad why are they spending all of this money trying to get at me? any guesses out there? Yes, I work for PSO and have for 28 years. Approximately 13 years ago, VVEC had squandered over $7 million dollars in numerous loans to a company that NEVER paid a dime back. I (a VVEC member/owner myself) was involved in a political process of attempting to protect future financial interests of the members/owners. This process was unpopular to some in the Collinsville community. Change can be scary, but, oh well, that's politics. I did nothing illegal, and I am proud of my attempt to help the community. There were some very positive changes for VVEC that came out of this. We have no problem with the Collinsville community, and most of us have moved on...exept you and your few (I guess).

We have lived in the same home (in the community) since May 14, 1988. Before that, in 1976 to 1988, we lived 1 mile around the corner.

As for my wife, Debbie, well, I have never known a more honest person in my life. I could go to the grave on her word, and I'm proud to say that my children have learned the same morals. Well, well Ms. Reagle just cannot resist a chance to cheapen herself more. First of all, I have a copy of the contract Ms. Reagle has quoted from.......and she seems to have left out the last part of that sentence about her right to endorse checks that says "PROVIDED, HOWEVER, THAT YOU AGREE TO NOTIFY ME AND TO OBTAIN MY PRIOR CONSENT ORALLY PRIOR TO EXERCISING ANY OF THE FOREGOING POWERS." Why would Ms. Reagle so conveniently leave that out since it is a PART of the whole sentence?

Of course we know Ms. Reagle well enough to know that she would have no trouble getting one of her gullible cronies or clients to go to court and lie for her. She proved that in the court case I won against her. As far as my case number SC-2005-18603, well we got a garnishment on her bank account, but had no luck because there were no funds in it. She still owes us over $700 now with interest as it grows each day and each filing.

Her other case number CS-2005-3241 for much more money than mine is still pending. OK...I failed to write in my last couple of rebuttals that I have "a few" contracts that were signed by Kathryn Stefanic; that I assume she must have forgotten about, starting on May 8th, 2005....one in particular is a confidentiality agreement that states that she will not contact any Tulsa Model and Talent client in the manner in which she already has. It also includes several other stipulations in which she has breached. This agreement was while she was with the agency and continued after termination of contract for a certian period of time (which is not expired to date). I do hope that Kathryn will review ALL of her documents and gather her facts before submitting anything further. I do wish the best for Kathryn although I am very dissapointed in her behavior and actions. However, I hope she has a good life and learns how to control her emotions through out life.

I would like to start out this rebuttal by responding to the (in my opinion ridiculously absurd rebuttals) by Debbie Montgomery. If I have learned one thing in this business it would be that when you own your own business, there will always be the disgruntled. The fact of the matter is no matter how hard you try and what you do there will always be those people that you cannot please. In addition, things that happen can easily be miscontrued by the parties that are involved.

I know what happened and I know I did not do anything wrong. For those of you that were not involved in these particular cases you will never know exactly what went on.
I am sure that each one of us would have our own things to say about each other.

However, when the only information recieved is that of separate parties it is virtually impossible to cast judgement upon another, unless you are a very judgemental person. Which MOST of you are not.

If I had one piece of advice for any one out there or trying to start their own business I would strongly suggest keeping business and personal relationships absolutely separate no matter how nice, giving and trustworthy the situation may seem.

I am not a judgemental person because I do not feel it is my place to judge another. I will not be posting things about others who have posted things about me, because that is my belief and choice to do so.

Therefore, my end statement to all of this would be, if you were not there and did not see what went on and you are not a judgemental person you will disregard this in its entirety.

The addendum to representation contract that Kathryn Stefanic signed (on September 10th, 2005;and that was valid for one year) states the following on page 1 paragraph 3:

In connection to your said services, I hereby authorize and empower you in your discretion to do the following;approve and permit any and all publicity and advertising, including use of my name, photograph, likeness and voice in connection therewith: collect and recieve all sums, as well as endorse my name upon and cash all checks payable to me for my services in the entertainment and amusement fields and retain from all sums owing to you as set forth in this agreement.

Kathryn Stefanic owed an OUTSTANDING balance for airfare that was paid by the agency prior to leaving for the convention in April. I have all documentation proving this fact, as well as a signed contract allowing me to deduct the monies owed by Kathryn.

However, this particular check was NOT cashed by myself but was forarded to my partner whom she owed the outstanding balance to b/c she resumed the debt that Kathryn owed the agency with a letter that stated instructions to deposit and deduct the total amount owed by Kathryn Stefanic for airfare and send BACK the money that remained in the form of a money order and that would be given back to Kathryn Stefanic.

As clearly stated above as in the contract everything was done accordingly as per the signed agreement by Kathryn Stefanic and Tulsa Model and Talent.

I just wanted to post a comment because I have inside information about this and other pending discussions about Lisa Reagle. In Lisa's rebuttal she claims that at MAAI her company had people that won awards for their performances. One in particular won "Actress of The Year" and received a $500 scholarship. I know first hand that Lisa forged the signature of the winner on the check and sent it through the mail to another member of the agency so that she could cash the check and keep the money herself. This goes a long way to describe the character of Lisa. She obviously has a blatent disregard for the law and her clients. If anyone has questions regarding the validity of this claim they can contact the Tulsa DA's office at, 918-596-5000. If there's anything you can learn from these entries it's that you cannot take this at face value. Please check into the claims and make your own opinion about Lisa. Thank you

I decided a little over a year ago that I wanted to pursue a modeling and acting career. I found Lisa Reagle, president of Tulsa Model and Talent, to represent me. Lisa offers FREE modeling and acting classes to her clients every Saturday, which I scarcely missed although I lived an hour and a half away. Lisa's training helped my confidence, my posture, and my acting skills. By the time M.A.A.I. (Modeling Association of America International) rolled around, I felt ready. This is what Lisa prepares her clients for all year long. I went and received honorable mentions in monologue, cold reading, commercial, and voice over. I also was 2nd runner up in the photogenic competition.

After I graduated High School, I decided I wanted to get more serious in the industry and moved to New York City. I have already worked on two movie sets, Featured Films by the way, and have much more work to be lined up for me soon. I have had nothing but good experiences with Lisa in the year that I have been signed with her. She has never tried to rip me off and has done nothing but the best for me. Now any outsiders reading this may be asking, why are these other people slandering Lisa so much? Well, I can't say why, but I can tell you what they have done to Lisa.

First off, I must say the accusers daughter has severely over exaggerated her success at MAAI. And after attending this, the accuser actually called a newspaper reporter and acted as if she were Lisa and had an article done about the daughter about all of this stuff she DIDN'T win. Which Lisa responded to promptly. I also participated in the Miss Tulsa Model pageant, which Lisa puts on every year as a scholarship opportunity for MAAI, and the accusers actually CAME to the pageant and were passing out flyers of how Lisa is a scam and slandering her to shreds. Think this isn't proving something about the accusers?

Well, listen to this. The accusers actually went to Lisa Reagles property and posted a SIGN on her car!! Of course this also was just a lying slander. And as far as the court case, well, Lisa won that with flying colors. The accusers are simply upset because of the fact that Lisa doesn't want or need their daughters talent. After reading this, I hope you reeavaluate your views on Lisa and the accusers, because nobody in their right minds would take something so simple as not getting to be vice-president of a company to such extremes.
