i took my car to tune up plus on the 16th of april 2011 to see why my car would not start, he called me and told me it was my fuel pump was bad and  i said ok go head and fix it ($471). he said the car will be done by 6pm. after the job was done he called me and said we fixed the pump but its still not starting for some reason, we will continue to work on it tomarrow( tuesday). so sthe whole day tuesday they are messing with things to fined out why it still wont stasrst. they had my car the whole day duesday and they still did not know why it would not start. the following day(wed). he calls me while im in school about 8:45 and tell me we found the problem, we some how we lost the chip in the key of your car, thats why its not starting, i said ok so now what?. he said i will take of what the key cost ($38), plus the towing. i said ok, and asked him, are you sure my car will start after this? he said yes  %100 it will. i said ok.

i took the car to the dealership and they tried to program the keys and said that the keys will not program, they open the hood and i had a plug that controls the fuel pump and almost every thing in the car in twisted and blown out, thats one of the reasons the keys did not read. after that they had to jump the plug and the first key would read but the second one would not. the dealer told me that tune up plus must of messed something up trying to figure out why it would not start all threw that tuesday. than i started talking to the maneger over the tune up plus company of the hampton store on wed and told him what was going on and he said that ok ill try to get to that store to try to fix it myself. so i had to get it towed back to the tune up plus store the next day (thursday morning) and i told him i need my car by monday, he said thats fine i dont see no problem with that. he never go to my car. i just towed my car to his store today (4/25/2011).

some one told me to make sure my fuel pump was not bad, and to check it out. so i whent back to and got my fuel pump and took it to the dealer today (4/25/2011), he took me to the back to get it tested and it was running. so i had a good fuel pump that they charged me to change because they could not fined a nother reason why it was not starting, it could of bin my security system, or something esl. so when i whent back and told him my pump was good, the manager took it to one of his employees to jump it, i told the employee what the dealer told me to tell him ( try not to let the two end touch or it might burn out). the employee got rude with me and told me can i do my job. so i told him i you dont need to get nasty with me im just telling you what the dealer told me. he still was rude and after about a min the employee said f it, threw the pump into my chest and we started to get loud he kept saying do i have a problem after we got done talking like he wanted to fight. after that the manager got mad slamed my keys in my face and said tow my f*cking cad of his property and other things.

i ended up calling the police about the employee throwing the fuel pump at my chest,  after the cop came back from tune up plus he told me that the manager said nothing happen. this is the worst costumer service i ever had. my cad is still not fixed and dont trust them to work on my car,  but i have no choice because i dont have the money to pay the dealer to fined out why my keys are not reading($108 an hour). so now i still got to wait for the boss of tune up plus to look at my car, to tell me that even tho we might of messed up, you still need to pay for whats wrong with your car.   THANKS TUNE UP PLUS.

Fuel Pump

Customer's car has multiple problems with the electrical system, factory alarm system and the factory programmed keys. The fuel pump tested bad so it was replaced but did not correct the problem. Our area supervisor contacted the customer and is working on the vehicle to reinstall the customers original fuel pump and will refund his money so he can take his car to an electrical shop to fix the wiring problem.
