EVERY YEAR I BOUGHT TURBO TAX SOFWARE FROM OFFICE DEPOT OR STAPLES. RECENTLY, THE TUBO TAXES ARE NOT WORKING, I CALLED AND TALKED WITH MR. CLEVELAND. HE HELPED ME TO ACTIVATE IT.
TODAY, AGAIN, THE TURBO TAXES ARE NOT WORKING AND MR. DAVID TOLD ME AT 11:11AM THE PROBLEM IS WITH MICROSOFT.
I CONTACTED MICROSOFT AND THEY ASSURED ME THE SYSTEM WORKED WELL.
AT 12:04PM, I CONTACTED TURBO TAX AGAIN AND TALKED WITH ADELIA AND PRINCETTA AT 1-800-797-4625 AND WAS ON THE PHONE FOR ONE HOUR 49 MINUTES AND 44 SECONDS.
PRINCETTA OFFERED TO GIVE ME MONEY BACK, HOWEVER, I DECLINED AND ASKED THAT THEY WOULD GIVE ME THE 2019 VERSION I BOUGHT. SHE SAID SHE COULD NOT DO THAT.
I TOLD HER TO GIVE ME THE FILE I COULD DOWNLOAD. THE 2019 VERSION I BOUGHT AND USED CONTAINING FILES OF OUR CLIENTS BECAUSE I AM THE TAX PREPARER.

I fied complaints with www.ripoffreport.com case no 1496507 on June 17 and Robert ???? offered me a refund. I declined the offer and demanded that they release my 2019clients' files.

We would like to repond to Robert????on a point by point basis:
1. You state: "It's amazing that you are basically admitting on a public forum your possible fraud for violating not only the license agreement with Turbo Tax but IRS Regulations. YOU PROBABLY SHOULD HAVE ACCEPTED THEIR OFFER OF A REFUND."
We have bought tax software from Turbo Tax for many years, use it to prepare tax for our clients. We do not accept your offer for a refund. Your CLAIM THAT I basically ADMIT on a public forum "your possible fraud...."will be brought to appropriate authorities for investigation.
2. You further state that: "Because based on your narrative you may have some serious problems....."
We decline to accept your offer of a refund and demand that you release my 2019 clients' files.

It is amazing that you are basically admiting on a public forum your possible fraud for violating not only the license agreement with TurboTax but IRS Regulations. You probably should have accepted their offer of a refund.
Because based on your narrative you may have some serious problems. TurboTax is licensed for personal use only, if you are charging people to prepare their taxes in addition to using TurboTax you may also be in violation of IRS rules.
