TURNKEY NATION / OVIS HOSTING READY MADE SITE RIPOFF Internet
I purchased a Turnkey Dropship website from these people and paid $249.00. In the beginning things went OK. They were responding in a very slow manner. The more questions I asked the more irritated the Representative (BRADLEY) became. I have sent these people a total of at least 10 emails with certain requests that they claimed to be able to assist me with should I have any questions.
1. These websites that they are selling are NOT user friendly for beginners and they know this, so they try to charge you $99.00 to maintain the site for you, but they do not tell you this before you purchase the website.
2. The website I purchased came preloaded with merchandise from the supplier I have an account with, but they claimed that they could not add pictures unless I email them to them, but I needed to download some other program to download the picures to send!..BS
3. I have a website that of a customer wanted to order merchandise from me..they cannot see the entire page. It loads with only half of the merchadise and words on the page. I asked them to ix this 3 times since April 2014 and it is still not fixed.
4. The instructions that they sent after my wwebsite was built had incorrect information about how to change items in the "CPanel", they have placed a block onthe site so that no one can change the layout or content of the pages.
I have a website that is NOT fully operational, I cannot get anyone at Turnkey Nation nor Ovis Hosting to return my emails or calls to address these issues.
This company sucks and I'm out of my hard earned money!!!
