In March I ordered 3 red eared turtles and paid over $50. That species of turtle, as it turns out, can not be shipped to Oregon. So I talked to one of their reps on the phone and requested a refund. It was supposed to be processed in 48 hours. That was two months and seven request ago. I think that is theft.
So far I am lodging this complaint. Next I will complain to the Better Business in Port Richey. If that does not work I will contact the Florida Attorney General.
Do not send money to this company or use your credit card. There does not seem to reach anyone other than a salesclerk, and I've had a bad experience with their lack of knowledge of their company or who to contact farther up the line. I'm surprised they are allowed to sell on the internet.
