TutorVista sounds great, but you are dealing with people from around the world. Their English is poor, so you communicate strictly through a chat style environment.
What really bothers me is that if you try a trial period (one week for $79), then they automatically renew this for 3 months for $199 automatically without your approval. I am sure this is buried somewhere in the "I accept" crap. Basically if you dont continue after the trial, you have to wait find this out via your credit card statement. I protested the charge via PayPal and got an email as follows:

They charge you without your knowledge and then make it very hard to get a credit back since they will not accept email of telephone messages. I called their 866-617-6020 and man speaking poor English told me that I should have cancelled the charge within 3 days (how was I supposed to know), and that I would have to go online, go to customer care / chat, and then someone would disuss a partial refund.
This is crap, dont use this.
