I ordered online from this company after contacting LG to be certain that I could get an extended warranty. Sales rep called after I placed my online order and said I had ordered an E7 model that had the inferior screen... that the screens were manufactured in Mexico and Asia and the  LG OLED E7 tv that I ordered had an inferior screen and if I wanted the screen that I had originally ordered it would cost more!!!!!!!!!  Total untrue information! The LG OLED E7 is one tv screen.  Gave my American Express number and continued to be "switched" and not given shipping date. This is illegal to bait and switch consumers and we feel that legal action is appropriate especially after speaking to LG and the tvsdailydeals representative prior to placing the order.  I specifically asked the rep if there was any additional information that I needed or questions that I had not asked about this LG OLED E7 television.  This company is not honest!  Eventually I was put on hold for over an hour waiting for a shipping date.  The call was never picked up and after one hour I hung up!  We feel this order should be honored as described online!!!!!!

Response to same problem with tvsdailydeals.com

I am also calling American Express to be certain they are aware of the problem with this company! Like you, my card has not been charged yet, either.  I'm afraid something will show up 6 months from now, though! Or even worse, identity theft.  What scammers!  I was promised shipping in 7 to 10 days.  So another undelivered promised when I didn't take the switch to the higher price tv!  Beware!  I hope more people see that tvsdailydeals.com are a total ripoff!

The exact same thing happened to me. I ordered a OLEDB7A for 1,199.00. After my card was not charged, I called to see if there was a problem with the order processing. I was also told that I had purchased an "8-bit" and to have the picture quality I needed the "10-bit". Naive, I purchased the "10-bit" of the same model and they through in some other ammenities to accomadate the inconvenience. HDMI cables, Wallmount, and White Glove Delivery. This switch was made Tuesday 11/28/2017. Since my card has still not been charged and the order status is still "in process". I have contacted them via phone and email. I called and tried to reach under the order status option but no one picks up and it goes to voicemail which no one returned my call. I also called customer service and they pick to take my order number and ask my problem. They then quickly say, "please hold" and send me another department that goes to voicemail. I cannot get ahold of them and they will not respond. If this is a scam company, they have my address and debit card information. So i will have to cancel everything which is very irritating but nonetheless I want to be sure before going that route. Have you been contacted from the company yet? Has your card been charged yet?

Thank you for any advice you may have.
