This is a company that has shipped to me a love Boat DVD collection back in Dec of 2008. It was a Xmas gift for my wife, that took her several months to view. The quality was far from even being able to be viewed. There are more unviewable discs, than there are good ones.
After several months, I had emailed them regarding the problem. That is when the lies began from their emails that stated "will will remedy your situation at once."
Some 40 emails and well over one year later, they no longer even reply, even though my "replacement set has been shipped from an alternative source" some time back in March. The emails they had sent to me, were designed to ask me to provide such a great deal of information, that I would finally give up on my pursuit of this matter. They change their company name (yet all have the exact same website headers) and trade as: TVDVDMANIA or clickdvdmania.
So now my wife has these DVD,s that are of such poor quality, that over half of them cannot be viewed. The few that do work, look as if someone recorded the weekly Love Boat show on a VCR, then did a botched job of transferring them onto a DVD.
I now plan on filing mail fraud charges with the postal service as well as other sources, so as many innocent persons out there will stay far, far, far (have I said that enough?) away from either of these companies!!! The old adage most certainly applies here: "the dissapointment of poor quality, greatly overshadows the happiness of obtaining a good price"!!!
Please learn from my misfortune. I should have known that the price was too good to be true!
