On August 23rd, 2013 I purchased a program called Investor Reboot for 2 payments of $97. The first one coming out on August 23rd, 2013. It was only a couple of audios that really didn't explain how to do any of the business specifics. As I was unhappy with the product, per their guarantee, On August 27, 2013, I requested a refund of the the initial $97 and not to charge the additional $97. I heard froma Chris Casiello and he stated I needed to fill out and sign this form to get my refund. Which I did on August 28th, 2013. After repeated phone calls and emails, I then heard back from Chris regarding the additional payment.
Brian,
Your account has already been cancelled and you will not incur any future charges (which I have not).
Unfortunately it looks as though your emails were triggering into spam folders
Refund checks are mailed within 10-14 days. I am out of the office, however I will check the status and get you an update on Monday.
-Chris
I never heard back. I have made repeated phone calls and email attempts from several email accounts to try and avoid spam filters, but no contact has been made and no refund has been issued.
I told them I would be posting on these sites and still nothing. I am just looking for my $97 back as promised.

If you don't want dirty air online, then you should follow your own policy. I am just warning others. I do plenty of due dllience.. when I asked for a refund, you should not have said you would provide one and then just not. Ignoring emails is not good business nor is saying you will issue a refund and then not do it. This has been years now, and you are just now responding?
Whatever.. I got my message out there. I think your response speaks for itself about how your business operates. It's not worth the $97 to fight you.. but I hope I saved some other people from getting ripped off.
God Bless.

Brian,
Our Company is in business to make a profit. As such we sell products that we stand behind. However, we can't issue a refund to a consumer who did not perform their due diligence in researching the product prior to purchasing it. It is not our responsibility to ensure that you understand what you are purchasing or the reasons you may have for purchasing the products or services offered.
You can't expect our Company to incur losses due to your ignorance. If you want your refund you're welcome to take your chances in Small Claims Court. Otherwise, I suggest that we take our differences off-line rather than airing our dirty laundry to the world.
