Complaint Review: Twin Peaks - Addison Texas

Yes I expect to be treated like a king if I spend $1.00 any where.  I am the customer and that's what keeps places in business.  It doesn't matter that I spend a lot of money otherwise places would have $100 for a bowl of soup, but that's not what keeps places in business, you should know this being a so called General Manager for a hotel, but Motel 6 they even leave the light on I know that wasn't your Idea because people should go there in the dark because they are paying the room rate.  Well none the less, Motel 6 is honored they have you I am sure of it because the other big Hotels passed on you because you can't do things customer friendly so while you're working in the ghetto at Motel 6 think to yourself only if I would treat people better and not look down on people becasue they don't spend a lot of money I wouldn't be working in the ghetto at motel 6.

As for me tipping like a human being I do, I get shitty service I only tip .02 cents because they don't deserve the .01 cent tip.  I f I get treated like a king then I tip very well.  See I understand this concept because this Aug.2014 I will be in business for 10 years.  If I treated my customers like s*** and gave a s***** product I would be out of business.  Just because servers bartenders only make $2.13 hr that's not my fault it's the server/bartenders fault because that's what there job pays.  Now some bartenders/servers make a s*** load, like I did and made $1000.00 a week not because I gave s***** service or I was intitled to get big tips I had to earn it.  T.I.P.S. Means to insure proper service it doesn't mean you give me $100 for nothing because I'm a server and I make $2.00 an hour. 

Motel 6 is very thank they have you because they can't get any dumb blonde ex bartenders to work the ghetto motels.  Keep up the good work.

Well I work for myself and just because the wait tables for there job doesn't give them the write to do shitty work or treat people like that.  I waited tables and busted my a** waiting on people and made a good money while I was doing it.  While I was a server my fellow workers were lazy and gave s***** service and didn't want to really work and they hated me because I made over a $1000.00 dollars a week while they were only making $300.00

As a business owner I can't give my clients s***** service or treat them like crap otherwise I wouldn't be celebrating my 10 year yes that's right my ten year business anniversy, so I wont tip a server for doing s***** work and treating people bad, no refills no money, give me good service and I tip big time, because I always got tipped big time not because I gave s***** service it's because I gave great service and a great personality.  If server don't like getting screwed over here a tip that will help, don't be lazy, and don't cry because you don't make any money because at the end of the day it's the servers fault for not doing a great job.

You may want to study up a little on how much people in the service industry actually make.  I am going to (quite safely) assume you have never worked a day in your life in the service industry.  Do you realize that servers get paid about $2.13 an hour (tipped wage minimum wage) and that they rely on tips for their income?  If you were sitting in my section I would not refill your drink ever consider most people rarely even tip 20% (which in your case would be about $2.00).  Meaning to just get to a level of a standard minimum wage they would have to wait on atleas 4 of you assholes an hour and that would still not be enough for me or anyone else in the service industry to bother coming into work for.  I really hope you have been kicked out of all decent restaurants you have visited or you have since learned how not to be a complete selfish p***k.

You're a b****. You spent all of what, $10 that day and expected to be treated like a king?? In my opinion as an ex bartender and now a hotel general manager, you're lucky you got water. You are a was of time and not even worth Jordan's time. I've never even met her but you should stick with places that deserve you like mcDonalds and Taco Bell. When you're willing to be a decent customer, spend money and tip like a human, go to real restaurants. Until then, you cheap piece if s***, go to jack in the box and treat them like s***.
