Well I finally got in touch with someone ALIVE, and they told me they havent even GOT the prizes let alone sent them. Time to go over some heads.. I have contacted Robert S. Ellis of Mandalay, who owns twistbox and am awaiting his return call, if it ever comes. Also, Ive placed a complaint with their local Better Business Bureau. We'll see what happens from here...
