DON'T TRUST TYSON MICHEL HE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN
How my business is run I contract with a company. They do have to read and agree with the contract before I send them referrals. After they agreement I send them referrals and at the end of the month an invoice is created based on the completed referrals I sent them. In Tyson's case I sent his company 42 referrals in 2 months (13 the first 15 days and 29 the next month). My charge per completed call is $25. Mind you on a completed appliance repair call you can make anywhere from $80 to $1200 depending on appliance and brand.
When invoiced on the first 13 referrals he said he would pay he was just strapped for cash but the payment would just be a little bit late. I understand people go through hardships so I gave him one more chance. He received the next month of referrals and once it was time to pay his referral fees of $1050. He made up every excuse there is as to why he didn't have the money.
I tried to work something out in regards to a payment plan. He didn't follow through. Enough was enough I shut down his referral line and now I'm working with a reliable company in San Antonio. Every now and then they get calls from referrals that Tyson completed saying he ran off with their money and they can't get a hold of him. My next recourse is to bring the law into this matter. I'm pretty sure if I contact some of his mistreated customers we could really make him pay or better yet put him so far into debt that he will never get his credit or business back on track.
In one of his conversations he said that he may be thinking of moving to Austin. So Beware.
Once again do not trust Tyson Michel of ASAP Appliance or Tyson Appliance Service he will take your money and run!

my name is Sergeant Williams I called Tyson to repair my washer and also run a vent on my dryer he took the vent hose and shoved it into the sheetrock wall where there is no ventilation and has caused structural damage it has been 2 weeks now and he refuses to refund me my money or to come back as he said he would and reroute the dryer hose where it was originally that goes outside the house the moisture has caused damage inside our walls and Tyson the knew that that whole was not ventilated and the Heat and debrees from the dryer when get caught in between our walls after several appointments of no-shows he refuses to answer the phone or to even talk to me he has promised to give us a refund and we have not seen that money either I have warned Tyson not to come near my home because we areangry and extremely mad at him for disrupting our property and his dishonesty and unreliability is 100 percent unprofessional. also Tyson has done structural damage to the top of our washer that he repaired and did not notify us. save yourself some trouble and don't do business with this guy Ssg Williams
