I had signed up with a computer tech support company with a lifetime guarantee. They did excellent work on my computer. The name of the company was US Tech Support.

Then one day about 2 months ago I received a call from a man with an Indian accent saying that my contract was getting ready to expire. He said he was from the company I originally signed up with, with a lifetime guarantee. They charged me $498.00 for a new contract.

I asked him to go through my computer to correct any issues that were wrong with my computer before the expiration of my contract. He completely screwed up my computer and used a program called "Team Viewer" which had never been used by the company before.

Once he got into my computer he stole $900 out of my bank account. I don't know how he got into it because it was password protected. Anyway he did get in and stole my money.

I found out that this company name he represented was Uber Tech Support from him. I told him that I had a lifetime guarantee with US Tech Support and he said that the name of the company had changed.

He keeps trying to contact me and saying that he wants to return my money, but the only way he can do it is if I get on my computer and let him in remotely to transfer the money. I told him that I dropped my laptop and it broke. Then about a week after that he had a woman with an Indian accent call me. She told me she was from Microsoft and that my computer was sending bad signals to Microsoft's servers. I told her that how could that be when my computer was broken? She didn't know what to say and hung up on me.

I then heard from the man named Sam again, saying that he could not moneygram my money or send a check. It had to be done by him with me letting him into my computer remotely. I again told him that I dropped my laptop and that it was broken.

I'm sure I haven't heard the last of them yet. I will keep you posted. So if anyone with an Indian accent wants to get into your computer to remotely fix it please check the company out first. It would have saved me a lot of loss and anxiety if I had done so. Please stay away from foreign people who want to fix your computers or say that they are calling from Microsoft. I reported this to the Federal Trade Commission. So now I am experiencing a loss of$1,398.
