UbiSoft offered software on sale for $6.25.  In order to download you had to download some other software.  Then you had to log in and download.  Unfortunately, login failed as the activation code was already in use.  Complaints were filed within the hour asking for a refund.  No response for 7 days.  Refiled complaint,  CS agent Bianca refuses to issue refund, refuses to pass problem on to someone who can, and is now ignoring all reports, which continue from 5 December, 2013.  I know it i a small amount, but I am on a fixed income and can put that money to better use than throwing it down the drain on their failed software.  I have removed the last vestiges of their software from my computer.  It never did work.  At this point, it is the principle that matters.  They have a really lousy CS service and a lusy business model.  Have asked for a refund eight times.

That would be fine if they had responded to me within 24 hours, but to make me wait 7 days before I got more than a robo-response from them is absurd.  By that time I had uninstalled all UbiSoft software from my computer and no longer had an interest in their products based on their complete lack of responsibility.  They kept trying to get me to redownload the stuff but after their failure and their non-response I simply was not going to be twice bitten.

Due to the misuse of return policies in dealing with software, most companies WILL NOT give a refund on software. This is the problem that you are having. Software is NO LONGER refundable, only an exchange would be offered. Being as this was a online purchase, when they issued you the codes they were good. In the time it took you to enter the codes, they had already been redeemed. THIS is the issue you need to tackle. They sold you invalid codes. You need to have them reissue you a new code.
