Ubisoft sold me a game for $60 that shows only a black screen that does not respond. Furthermore, they forced me to download a launcher that does little more than advertise. This was completely unnessecary, as I downloaded the game in question, Far Cry 4, through a far superior launcher that Ubisoft themselves posted their game for sale on.

When I navigated to their support website to request a refund, I was greeted by text declaring that they cannot refund downloaded purchases, essentially meaning that I just wasted $60 of hard-earned money.

I am highly dissatisfied with how Ubisoft conducts business. I will not be purchasing another Ubisoft product.
