I received an email stating that I was randomly chosen to win 1,000,000 pounds sterling from the UK Lottery Department.
Once you are asked to send information such as your date of birth and occupation, name and address. Once this is submitted you forward this information, you are forwarded a second email where you are asked to send an address where the "cheque" is to be sent. I forwarded this information only.
However, weary of this, I mean how often does this happen, I researched an found this to be a scam. I want everyone to know. If this happens to you, file a report, so the perpetrators can be found.
