uklottery and tnt and /or agents of acting under broken web email address, and using viral code in download copy of email created anxiety and grief and loss of time with fraudulent representatioin of official uk lottery, holding my declared winnings hostage to $650-$950 payment, before I saw someone complain they were ripped off by these groups working together.
I still want them to honor their declaration and pay me $921,201 (US)
If not they are in violation of California Penal Code (Sec.)(476a) "Intent to defraud by making, drawing, or by passage of worthless check, and processing fee."
A more serious offense since there is a pattern and players,is the application of California Penal Code (Sec.)(182) "Conspiracy to cheat and defraud any person of property by any means which are in themselves criminal, or to obtain $ or property by false promise, with fraudulent intent not to perform such promises."
When he State of California trials these folks it will hopefully be with the assistance of london officials and
may fall under California Control of Organized Crime Profits Act juristiction, w/ can help join powers investigation, as described by California Welfare and Institutions Code (Sec.)(14107) "organized crime also means false or fraudulent activity,schemes,or artifices".
