Bad company practices...pushy sales tactics and managers! Does not abide by their contract for employees! They tell their employees they are salaried employees but when you do not work 80 hours they change to benefit the company. But when you work over your 80 its okay to be salary! The district managers are very pushy on their employees and threaten them with their job if they do not sell products and when they do sell and if they make a mistake they are quick to take action agaist you. More than half of the salons do not have heat for the winter months and in the summer its like a steam bath...who wants to tan and get a beautiful glow when the conditions are bad to tan in? NOT ME! Also their is confidentiality issue with HR Department, they spill their beans to the district managers about why you called...don't care at all about you and the owner is quite as can be. Oh and I must mention with the BBB they have an "F" because they are not recognized as a business that anyone should conduct a business relationship or a consumer relationship with. I am actually taking legal action agaist this company.
