I had reported this company once, but don't see it, so I'm sending again. Hope it shows up this time as I think people should know how uncaring & fraudulent this company is.

I made the mistake of signing up with this company. I received the vitamins & started taking them. The first thing I notice was that a lot of the vitamin was coming out in my urine. When I spoke to customer service regarding this issue, I was told to drink more water & that would take care of the florescence. I responded back that I drink a lot of water already, in addition to other liquids. The rep kind of laughed embarrassingly about his response.

The instructions say to take to pills (they are huge) a day, so I cut back to one thinking 2 were just too strong. I didn't notice any benefits reported on their web site from taking the vitamins.

After a month or so, I received a email that said my next set of vitamins had ALREADY been sent & my account would be charged. There was no amount listed in the email. I promptly called their customer service & told them to cancel the order, which they did. What I wasn't told was that I would still be charged the $230-something.

The next thing I know, I had this charge to my bank account. I was furious by this time. I called their customer service again & requested a refund & that I would mail the unopened box of vitamins back when I received them. I was told no, that the 30 days or so of time to request this was over & that I had to pay. I argued & argued & if you go to their website, its says call us for a refund or any other concerns/questions you may have. There is no mention of the time limit.

While on the phone I was met with insolence & at times extreme rudeness. The phone was muted so that they could hear me but I couldn't hear them. I've worked in customer service before & I knew what they were doing. I kept asking for a manager & would be told that manager was not in, he/she was at lunch, he/she wouldn't be back until the next morning. The time I called was 3pm California time. Kind of late for a lunch or too early to be off. The last person I spoke to said he'd give a message to his manager & that I would receive a call back the next day. Never happened.

I have subsequently filed a report with the BBB. They rec'd a prompt response from the company that they would send me a check for the $230-something amount. Believing them, I responded to BBB that the matter was resolved. I have yet to receive my money back. I requested BBB reopen my case, which they did. BBB contacted the company & the response was that they would send the message to their accounting office. Again, I have yet to see a refund. This has been going on since early Nov. 2007, I believe.

They seem to have a "gotcha" mentality. I plan to report them to my state attorney general & federal agencies that deal with trade deception & drugs & whatever else I can find.
