This guy Larry who claims he was from Boston and owned many pizza places and retired in Florida, and has been in the travel business for years, had phonied contracts, and had listed business for sale in newspapers across the country, for a 4900.oo investment you could buy your own business, turned out to be a scam, he was already caught before, selling under other names of resorts. If this happened to you you can file a report with the attorney generals office in Florida. This guys a real creep beware.
