ultimate tan & med spa The Ultimate Tan and Med Spa is closing its doors and going out of business wilsonville, Oregon
All locations are closing and going out of business and the ultimate tan and med spa are doing everything they can to keep it hush hush. The ultimate tan is in the mist if losing their licensing. They are also in the middle of some major lawsuits. The person behind these lawsuits Ronnie Swyers and the owner of the Ultimate tan. The sad thing is they are still selling services and taking money from people knowing that they are closing their doors. if you are currently a client I would run over there cancel my services and get what ever money I can get back before its to late. if you are not a client consider yourself luck and find somewhere else to go.
