UltraLife - ULF ripoff South Jordan Utah
I bought UltraLife PM, a weight-loss product from them. After they sent me one bottle and I tried it, I called them and told them not to send me any more. They did anyway, and charged my credit card. They refused to give me a refund or to take their product back.
They apparently do not have their own web site, but use www.secureinternetstores.com as their sales connection with the web. I read their site rules for refunds, and it said nothing about getting a cancelation number, which when I called them is all they talked about.
Don't deal with these people. They make no effort to satisfy or even mollify an unhappy customer. And their product doesn't work anyway. What a lousy way to do business!
