I to am totaly disatisfied with Ultrex. Handles break and crack, nobs break and crack, after just a year and a half teflon is chipping on their pots and pans. Pressure cooker gasket keeps blowing out very dangerous, no recall on cooker we have modle #11302C. Can't get anyone at company called phone number provided and ended up with casino in Vegas ansewring phone number. HSN don't want to hear about it and I feel they are just as guilty knowing full well that Ultex is junk and still continue to suck people in.
