Ulven Investments Mr Magnus Aksel Fake Company. They steal Risk Analsyt Fees Kirkenes Norway

We are a start up company in the States and hired a firm to help us secure a equity round of financing. We were introduced Uvlen Investments about three months ago and they sent us a LOI that was normal and we countered the LOI and can came to a agreement. We signed the LOI and we started our DD on the firm out of Norway. This is where things get wierd. When you google Ulven its a real company and they do have holding in Norway companies but nothing in the USA. We spent hours and hours doing due dillegace on Ulven and they seemed real. SO we got our law firm invovled and started the paperwork with and working with the CFO, Mr Magnus Aksel, We had several Skype calls but never visual only audio with a picture of Magnus. We spent thousands of dollars on legal fees because the documents that Magnus sent where at best loan docs and we where doing a preffered equity deal so we said we would do the docs and Ulven can approve them. So we did them and they approved them. Then they said they can fund 5mil in 10 days but need a $3,800 risk analyst fee to a out-sourced firm that they use. that seemed ok. We sent the international wire the next day. That evening our Brokerage firm was looking on Linkedin and found the Chairman on Ulven, Rune Ulvang, with his cell on his profile. She called himand he answered. www.ulveninvestment.com is not real!!!!! Mr Magnus Aksel does NOT work for thr real Ulven Investment. Mr Magnus Aksel built the website over the real Uvlen and is SCAMing fees! This is one of the best scams I have ever seen. We have had several communications with the Chairman Rune. We recalled the wire, filed a police and FBI report. The FBI is working on deactating the website. ULVEN INVESTMENT is real Mr Magnus Aksel is not!!!!! Beware folks!
