UMG*BUYERSEDGE Without my authorization or knowledge they charged my CC 9.99, which then caused an overdraft fee Internet
I had called the 800 number to check the remaining authorization on my credit card. The automated voice told me that I did not have any credit, and that in fact I was over my limit. This was very strange to me being that I normally keep a tight record of all my Credit Card charges.
Within the next few days I went online and checked the transaction details and discovered a charge from "UMG*BUYERSEDGE". At first I thought it might've been an item I purchased from Ebay. After checking my Ebay account I realized I had not made any recent purchases of that amount.
Then I "googled" that name and pulled up several reviews and reports of other people who have had several issues with this online scam.
I am not affiliated with or even heard of whoever this is until now.
Somehow these people MUST be stopped. There are complaints from 2004, how are they still getting away with this????
