These people are so crooked. They did not send me a bill, and about 5 days after the first of the month they called and left a message that they were going to sell my thousands of dollars of stuff for a 142 dollar bill. I called them and left a message with my debit card number. They did not charge it. A few days later I got a notice with a lot of charges for legal fees. I sent multiple emails as I was on vacation.
Yesterday I talked to these idiots who refused to allow me to pay for my storage, claiming I had to pay a lien fee. They are such crooks. I am hiring a lawyer today and reporting them to the better business bureau. NEVER USE THIS STORAGE FACILITY. I asked why they had not sent a bill, and they claim "we don't do that." "That's why we call." This is absurd. I have had problems with them off and on for over a year, they don't answer email and they pretend they haven't received calls and emails. THEY ARE CROOKS IN LEAGUE WITH A LAWYER.
This is over a month's storage, which doesn't approach the value of the stuff within. I don't live in that town, so it's difficult to get my stuff moved, but I am making arrangements. Uncle Bob's is full of stupid clerks and crooks.
