I ordered from this company July 9th, 2009 and did not recieve and email from them for a tracking number or order number at all. They claim they did not respond to my emails because I didn't respond back with the order number.

The order number I just said I did not have. How smart.

Then, they requested the order number (the one I don't have) in "response to receipt of two other orders received from an earlier time which showed the same Contact Telephone Number with differing names and delivery addresses, therefore the validity of the customer order in question was challenged from a security/valid order aspect."

This however is absurd because I've never ordered from this website before.

To add to this, I have not recieved my refund agreed on July 22nd 2009 to this day. The total amount they pretty much stole from me is over $140.

Hi

I am Billy and I work for the Company you expressed your comments about. We take our business very seriously and we take great care particularly when Credit Cards and money are involved with purchases. From the orders received on our website there were two received one day prior to yours from a Tevy ***** using an address in Lakewood (although different to yours) but using the same telephone number that appeared in your order, this triggered a Security Alert. When we asked questions validate this issue you could not provide your own Order Number, (this would have been shown on the email you received from the website confirming to you that your order had been received). We also requested other information to confirm validity of your order, sadly this was not provided. We take precautions to protect all of our customers interests and sometimes we will not process the order. Following further investigations in our Accounts Dept. a Refund for the FULL AMOUNT was made on August 15th 2009 to the Credit Card used in your transaction.
