I ordered a tv series on dvd from unforgettabletvshows.com and when it arrived (2 weeks later than expected) it was the worst "bootleg" dvd i have ever seen. Someone is sitting at home copying dvds on their computer and selling them at full price!! It was a simple paper cover slipped into a black dvd holder and each disc had a white sticker with "disc 1" etc. laser printed on to it.
My husband tried calling the company to ask for our money back and the phone number goes to a woman out in Nova Scotia who told him that she receives phone calls for this company all the time. We have contacted our local FBI office and filed a report but they said they haven't received any other complaints from this company so it's too hard to open an investigation.
The company was easily contacted from their website when my order was late but when i had a complaint about their product they were no where to be found. Convenient right? Now i have to change my banking information so that they don't steal out of my account because who knows what they are capable of doing after they pulled this.

This has happened to many many people with this scammer company. The best thing to do is contact your credit card company ASAP and inform them this company is carrying out fraud. They will initiate a chargeback and you will get your money back. Hope this helps.
