Unified Windows & Doors Hired Unified to install a new roof, months later roof starts to leak, they came our several times to look and do nothing. They refuse to refund my money. Roof is still leaking. They are liars and Hempstead, New York
Unified Windows & Doors were hired to install a new roof on my house. A couple of months later my roof starts to leak. The have made several visits to my home to look and do nothing. The finally saw a way to get my insurance company involved and teamed up to sabatage the insurance report to make it look my windows were causing the leak. I hired Unified Windows & Doors to install new windows. The leak still exists. Unresolved. They are now trying to blame it on my Air Conditioner. They are the worst.
I requested a full return of my money, they refused and started playing tag and hide & seek. The CEO of the company started playing mind games with me and playing dodge by ignoring me as if I didn't exist. They all of a sudden tried to say I was an imposter and the contract was written out to another individual at my address. The other individual is my HUSBAND!
I guess you live and you learn. Never settle for the lowest bidder because if you choose to go low you get the bottom of the barrel services. This company is one of the lowest. If you see the advertisement....run as fast as you can.
I will now say that they can have the money, they will definately need it more than I ever will. Karma does come around full circle.
I have learned to deal with these type of people with my spirit and not with the flesh as they wanted me too.
