My wife and I got a letter inviting us to a national grants seminar. They sold discs at the seminar to set up your own web site. We did not go to their second seminar. They called us back at home to get us in their program.
In July they called us to assign us a coach to set up our site. We got Grady Stoner, e-mail who made ten calls, one per week to coach us. He didn't tell too much but did tell us he was in Utah.
I got my password and directions on setting up my webstore from an e-mail from henry.com on 9/24/04 with a long list of things to do. I never got down to registering my website before they discontinued having their webcenter on the internet.
The original disk cost only $20.00. the rest cost me $7040.

I found the occupational license for this company with some detail. UNIM LLC is licensed in Palm Beach County as a computer service website hosting company with a business address of 2385 Executive Center Drive Boca Raton FL 33431 in the name of Jerry Bohn at 800 638-9195. It was last renewed in August 2003. And looks like it expired 9/30/2004. And they are registered with the state as UNIM LLC at that same address. I would file my complaint with the Florida Attorney General also as in my earlier rebuttal Good luck

It really bothers me to see good people get ripped off by companies in my back yard. Lately a lot of the boiler room and ripoff companies have moved to Boca Raton and Delray Beach when the heat got to be too much in Fort Lauderdale to the south. I could not find any info on this company in the department of corporations website. You might want to go to http://myfloridalegal.com/contact and download the Attorney General complaint form. You could contact the onwer of this commercial complex at: 1200 POC LLC 5000 T REX AVE # 150 BOCA RATON FL 33431 4494 who might provide with the name of the renter for this property.
