First - I'd like to apologize for your negative expierence with our company. We are a full disclosure company and would never charge someones credit card without notification. Unimed, Int. has been in business for 12+ years and we are accredited with the BBB. We also follow all PCI Compliance rules & regulations.
If you are enrolled in our Prefered Customer Program, receiving the discounted products automatically - it is the only time your card is charged "automatically" but before you are enrolled in this program, a rep is trained to explain the program and the charges. Also, on every invoice you receive it tells you the exact date and amount of your next charge. This can be easily cancelled if you call our main office and just simply tell them you'd no longer like to take advantage of the special.
Also, you may contact our customer service number 24 hours a day at 1-800-754-6211. This number will be answered by the main office in Edison, NJ from 9a-6p EST M-F and our Customer Service center at all other times. You may also call the main office directly at 732-417-5195 if you so choose. Our numbers are not bogus and will lead you to the exact person you'd like to speak with.
The minute you ask for your product to be cancelled, you will no longer receive product. If there is a mistake and it is on our end, we will always refund you appropriately.
