    As I have discovered from a number of professionals and businesses in the U.S., just as these paticular incidents indicate, Broadwein is the culprit among a few others that almost always end up working together, wether they are working in Nevad, Az, or any other state.

    

      As verifiable records will show, one of those people who has worked for, and usualyy turns up working with Broadwein, was fairly recently release from jail for the crimes he (JC) committed.



   He, like Broadwein and others habitually deceive, mislead, straight out lie to prospective customers, with what they beleive whatever they think these business owners and professionals want to hear, with claims of guaranteeing business to be drawn or directed to their businesses or offices.

   

     To align or put Union Friendly, which has existed for about 18 (eighteen) years, in the same sentence or accusation as Broadwein, is unjust and unfair. Just as many mortgage compaines in the latest financial disaster our country is still reeling from, where most CEO, who signed off the approval of easy-no doc-no verificaion of any kind lending damgled in the faces of milllions, I'd compare that to what Broadwein was in the habit of doing in 2008, before that year, and doing to this very day, and as quite a few professioanls will eventually attest in a fomral forum, he will pay the price.



     Broadwein is incapable of manning up to his transgressions on the job, when he's the Owner, working a s a Contractor, or a Manager. Instead of taking the 1st step of admission, and ending his deceptive and his practice of exxageration and false promises of guarantees for results, he continues to chose to stay on his path of inevitiable destruction legally.



     Instead of simply realizing that when one, and those around him, to his knowledge, commit crimes against clients @ Union Friendly such as stealing Credit Card #'s & uses them, thereby commintting a Crime, he is just a sguilty, and it is hardly sensible to make an attack back at others or the company he is or was at, as the culprit, as thought eah is at fault, when all the fault lies on him.



    Committing crimes against Clients and other Fraud, can result in jail time. Ask the man who often works for Broadwein ("JC"),who was released fairly recently from jail for crimes he committed.

    

      The Rip Off Report is hardl the proper forum to spew a lot of accusations that are unverifiable. However, between verifiable Public Records and Investigation that have taken place, certain professionals ls can discover the facts, besides from sources like the AG's office, the BBB,org, & FTC.



   The notion of an accusation that somehow, Union Friendly somehow condoned, ignored, or was a part of any deception, theft. fraud, or other malfeasance, is absolutely as the above sources show, other than one incident created by an Individual (Guess who?) once working there, was an isolated incident and not common practice in the 18 (eighteen years) this business has been in existence.



  As Broadwein demonstrates, he jumps ship, flees, hides, fabricates whatever is necessary to think at least in his own little mind that all people who read this report will beleive him, is his own delusions.

   

     He is that nightmare type of Employee or Contractor who can manage to talk his way into a job, cannot produce when and where it counts,  and comes up far shart of integrity or an  honest work ethic, and who simply makes other around him look bad, then he walks away when the heat is on that he & a few of his Co-Horts have created in the pursuit of Easy-Money, with their anything goes where what is said.



   The legitimate Union anybody's in the Ad industry do and state what effective advertising can do, DIRECT, NOT REFER prospective clients and customers to businesses and professionals.



      I would hope that anyone viewing the Rip Off Report, does not make hasty, presumptious conclusions w/o 1st using commone sense, their own homework & research, and ponders the questions that matter. There is a pattern that is going on here, that either Broadwein is a part of and/or the mastermind, or he just conincidently keeps ending up on the wrong side of the Law and Integrity.



    The pattern has nothing to do with companies who unknowingly made the mistake of bringing him onboard.



       Certain professionals will, in due time, take part in facillitating his departure by legal means to end his ongoing slander and deceptive practices, along with his Gang of Clones. 



         Broadwein should be aware that, even expunging things from the Record is only so effecitve, and there are always a type of residual that naturally gets left behind.
