That's why it is misleading to some folks who may not fully comprehend the offer. No mention of these trademarked companies need be mentioned in their offer of credit, therefore it is very deceptive in nature. Thank you

I too received a letter from the Union Credit services, but I know that if it was a credit card then I wouldn't need to send money. Normally the money for registration for legitimate credit is usually debited on one's first purchase. However the writing on the letter specifically states that it is not associated with VISA or MasterCard and the offer is for a credit only thru Union Services. Many times readers see what they want to see and do not see what is actually there. The letter has the disclaimer and further illustrates what type of card you will be sending. This rebuttal is to state that the letter is NOT misrepresenting itself. Here is the letter's disclaimer , if you will: ...Visa and Mastercard are registered trademarks ...respectively, and are unaffiliated with this offer or UNCS credit amount referenced...shall not be construed to function as any type of multi-purpose credit card, and is exclusively applicable for credit purchases"... A scam is a scam, but this is not and could ruin the credit service from gaining appropriate members. I've been scammed before and thats why I scrutinized the entire letter. Your readers must read small print too which further identified the credit services position. Please update
