I can't believe how many people actually fall for this obvious scam....and THEN..go online. If you actually read the whole letter it is clearly stated that this is not a credit card but good only for purchases from the "credit provider'...which is..THEM. The USA has been dumbed down to the point that so many people can't read or reason...that's what makes scams like this even remotely possible to pull off. Don't bother complaining or whining about wanting your money back. You were told what this was in pretty unambiguous terms if only you took time to actually read the entire letter or check them out online before sending money.
