I got the Platinum card activation Form from Union Workers Credit Services today in my mailbox.

With the economy in the present state I have found more and more Fraud and

Scamers popping up everyday since I work for a financial institution.

It it sad that there is still a few that get sucked into these such Scams.

I was very pleased when I came across this site and found it to be my duty not only as a public servant worker but as a consumer to also voice a BEWARE of any and everything you get by mail, fax, email, phone or even text message as it is these days.

The fraud artists will think of everything and anything to get you to release your hard earned tax payer dollars to them. If you think otherwise just take a look at the many reports filed each year.

In my case I have been working in a financial aspect for the past 9 years and still have not come across all that is still out there however, I know enough what to look for and where to begin. The general public fall victim everyday. I just hate to have to assist people in the there hard lessons learned when they become a victim and all the hoops they have to jump through just to repair there credit or get a charge removed.

Best thing to ALWAYS KEEP in MIND if it seems to good to be true it 9 times out of 10 usually is!

I can't believe how many people actually fall for this obvious scam....and THEN..go online. If you actually read the whole letter it is clearly stated that this is not a credit card but good only for purchases from the "credit provider'...which is..THEM. The USA has been dumbed down to the point that so many people can't read or reason...that's what makes scams like this even remotely possible to pull off. Don't bother complaining or whining about wanting your money back. You were told what this was in pretty unambiguous terms if only you took time to actually read the entire letter or check them out online before sending money.
