Unirush Finacial - UniRush Financial Services - BabyPhat Rushcard - Russel Simmons debit card is a rip off! Russel Simmons should be ashamed Cincinnati Ohio
To begin with when I activated my card with code from TV I never recieved my 5.00 on my card no biggie. So I go to use my card DECLINED. There was over 200.00 because I do direct deposit. So I called customer service whom didnt speak good english. They lady just kept telling I should tell the stores to manual type the numbers in versus swiping. I requested a supervisor and the lady refused to let me speak with one. I was pissed off so I stopped using the card for a few weeks. Things were great until recent.
I have a hair appointment at 9AM. So I go to the ATM DECLINED. Thinking there must be an error I try one more time DECLINED. Each time the card is declined there is a .45 charge not only that but the card charges ATM fees. So I call the number for customer service line has been disconnected. So after I do some researching online I sa that the number had been changed. That is so unprofessional to change the number without sending a letter or something.
The Baby Phat RushCard is crap it serves no purpose...It just looks nice!! Russel Simmons gives Visa a very bad name!
