I agree that the United Airlines has a really horrible customer service. When I got on a United flight a while ago, the flight was delayed due to a malfunction of the plane, and I went to the check-in counter after I arrived at the destination place. I had an insurance policy, so I wanted to discuss the matter with an agent. But as soon as she heard me talking about it, she freaked out and repeatedly said, I understand you, but we cannot do anything for it. Whatever I said, she didnt say anything other than that. I think she was in panic and could not deal with it, or she was told to behave like that by the company to make the customers give up. (Probably many people leave without doing anything when they see this kind of behavior?) I dont understand why those agents need to stay in panic when they talk to customers. They are supposed to have some trainings before they start working. I think the company will not notice the problem until they get sued by many people. Since this terrible experience, United has become my last choice among the airlines. It doesnt make sense to pay expensive fees and get offended by their rude behavior.
