We're not quite sure what went wrong with your parking experience. We have been in business for 15 years and most of the Miami hotels we feature have been on our sites for several years. Also, it's quite possible that the hotel you had an issue with is no longer featured on our website.
All parking lots honor the rates because they themselves set the rate. Please keep in mind that United Airport Parking has nothing to do with how a hotel or parking lot operates itself. We are a simply a third-party booking website, no different from the various sites that you can book hotels, flights, and car rentals on.
