United Auto Credit bad business and rip off in the finance Homewood Illinois Illinois
this company is a rip off they call all your references and tell them to call other reference. they give out personal information to your references and they exchange numbers among the references they come to your job and house even if u is one day late. this is a loss suit for giving out your new number to your old references.
My biggest thing is in october of 2005 i bought a 2002 ford taurus and these people finace me the thing is the car is only 10,000 i tried to trade the car in this year in 2007 uacc told me i owe 9,550 mind you this is 2007 they said the loan that they give people is a loan that the finance/interest comes daily now i had plenty of brand new cars way better then this one. when u trade a car in a finance company can not charge you interest daily i thought the car would have been about at the most 7500 i owe they said with their company when u pay a car off early u is dropping the future interest to come on the car off. so they is trying to say that i only pay 50 that is B.S. now i am having a hard time trading it in so i am going to surrender the car cuz they is a rip off.
now the value of the car is 4500 so im 5000 dollars up side down i can see about 2000 i would have been ok.now anything in this world u get finance for and u pay it off early years of interest drop off cuz u is paying it off early house cars credit cards etc. they is full of SH**. no matter what u paying the full of amount even if u do pay it off early
